Refund policy
1. Return Period: You may return eligible items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene considerations, apparel that has been worn and consumables that have been opened cannot be returned. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Spirit Fitness will cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
4. Return Process:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone, providing your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice.

Step 4: Write the RA number on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided in our return instructions.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Spirit Fitness is not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Restocking Fees: For returns not related to damage or defects, a restocking fee of 15% may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
8. International Returns: International returns may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Service team for specifics regarding international orders.
