1. Free Shipping:

At Spirit Fitness, we're proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all our high-end fitness equipment to any address within the UK.

2. Delivery Area:

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Timeframe:

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

4. Delivery Details:

  • Courier: Spirit Fitness partners with reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed.
  • Failed Deliveries: If our courier service is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Our Customer Service team will then reach out to you to discuss further steps.

5. Large Equipment Delivery:

For larger equipment, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery window that is convenient for you. We recommend that you have someone available to help you move and set up the equipment.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier's website to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an item you didn't order, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for the item's return and ensure that the correct item is sent to you as soon as possible.

8. Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to factors like weather, courier issues, or high order volumes can occur. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any known delays to you.
