The Spirit Fitness XT485 offers a user-friendly console which provides feedback on time, speed, distance, calories, incline, programs, heart rate, laps, muscle profile LED Reading to keep you informed and motivated. The treadmill has 12 programmes including manual, strength, cardio, fat burn, hill climb, intervals, fusion, calories, 2 user profiles and 2 heart rate control and enables you to measure the heart rate using the hand pulse sensors or a wireless receiver with an optional chest strap. This solid machine utilises oversized front (70mm) and rear (60mm) rollers for comfortable transportation and is supplied with a cooling fan for added comfort.
