Spirit i-Strength Biceps Curl / Triceps Extension
Users can easily adjust the machine to switch between these opposing muscle exercises, without leaving the seat. Our angled arm pad helps limit shoulder movement for focus on Biceps and Triceps, with and additional back pad for increased stability during the triceps extension. This machine’s axis of rotation and pivoting arms are optimised for a proper feel.
i-Strength mechanical resistance system allows for a super smooth training, and the electromechanical servo control mechanism offers Traditional, Eccentric, Isokinetic and Elastic training.
