Spirit i-Strength Chest Press / Shoulder Press
Users can adjust for machine two chest press angles (flat and incline) as well as a shoulder press, as well as adjust the seat and back pad for optimal pressing angles, using multiple sets of grips for comfortable pressing. This machine accommodates unilateral and bilateral pressing arm motions.
i-Strength mechanical resistance system allows for a super smooth training, and the electromechanical servo control mechanism offers Traditional, Eccentric, Isokinetic and Elastic training.
