Spirit i-Strength Leg Extension / Leg Curl
This machine targets both the Quadriceps and Hamstrings, with a built in lever to switch between exercises, without leaving the seat. The machines features cushioned and adjustable back and thigh pads to ensure stability during the movements. This machine’s axis of rotation and pivoting arms are optimised for a proper feel.
i-Strength mechanical resistance system allows for a super smooth training, and the electromechanical servo control mechanism offers Traditional, Eccentric, Isokinetic and Elastic training.
